Luke Nichols practices almost exclusively traffic law in Northern Virginia. His primary practice areas include reckless driving, speeding, DUI/DWI, refusal, hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, and driving on a revoked license. Mr. Nichols has represented hundreds of Virginia drivers.

Mr. Nichols is one of the few attorneys in Virginia who has received national NHTSA law enforcement training in the operation of police radar, lidar, and pacing VASCAR. He has also completed the NHTSA DUI field sobriety test law enforcement and instructor training.

In addition to extensive technical training, Mr. Nichols is the author of The Virginia Reckless Driving Handbook (2010), The Virginia DUI Handbook (2010) and Driving on a Suspended License in Virginia: A driver's guide to avoiding conviction (2011).

Garrett D. Green is a partner at Nichols & Green PLLC. After being admitted to the Virginia bar in 1989, Mr. Green has been practicing criminal defense in Virginia for 22 years. During that time he has earned the respect of his clients and the legal community as well as an enviable reputation for integrity and ability.

In addition to his experience in Virginia, Mr. Green has been licensed in the District of Columbia since 1990 and in Maryland since 1995. Mr. Green has also been practicing in the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Virginia and the District of Maryland since 1990.

Mr. Green received a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University, speaks French and is a member of a local jazz band in his spare time.
